After 12 years in corporate advertising climbing the ladder, helping the company grow through a few rebrands, and also building my own freelance contractor and coaching business I have a broad understanding of the scope of the modern-day work/life playing field.

I’ve also spent years studying and practicing self-development, life coaching, wellness, the wisdom traditions, and what I very loosely call “spirituality” for lack of a better word. Through my own personal life elevations (or breakthroughs), I’ve created maps, methods, and systems geared for an emerging generation of caring, conscious, full-spectrum women who want “more” out of life and work, and of themselves. Leadership, service, fulfillment, wellbeing, prosperity, passion, and joy is not too much to ask.

The full Core-Aligned Life of Health, Wealth, Love, Expression & Joy is available to everyone who desires it for themselves. And it’s the bar that’s been set for this emerging “Oprah generation.” The thing is, this new playing field didn’t come with a simple pat guidebook for how to navigate it all to best suit your unique life and makeup. That’s where working with a 1:1 coach comes in.

My Personal Journey to the Core

My own on-going Core awakening began a couple decades ago and since then, I’ve gone through 3 or 4 more! Each of these has been a time of major transformation, which has given me a tried and true roadmap to rise higher through life’s “patches” into the next up-leveled, aligned life adventure and career chapter. Although the circumstances were always challenging at first, my pathway through each one became clearer, my core foundations became stronger, and the road became “easier” and more and more truly, deeply fulfilling.

What I know for sure now is… joy is a choice. And no matter how outwardly successful you are, or even spiritual, meditated, or manifested… life on this planet will continue to have its challenges. Especially now with the awakening, changing times… Many of us are experiencing the current of massive growth, upheaval, and change, which can be wild, to say the least.

So, if you deeply desire to bring your greatest work, desires, and passions to life, it will require bringing your greatest Self to life.

My first “elevation” struck in my mid-twenties… I was hit with a devastating heartbreak and a full core blowout.

My long-term (unhealthy) relationship ended, and I suddenly had a huge gaping hole in my world. The rollercoaster ride of a relationship had consumed my life, and I believed (romantic) “love” would prevail, and we would graduate college, get married, build careers, have a family… and well… it all finally blew up.

I clearly still remember feeling struck, like a zombie apocalypse survivor with the core of my being blown away, fully exposing my low worth and lack of self-love. It was not a good look. And it felt unbearable.

I didn’t sleep. I didn’t eat. I was a shell of a human showing up in life. And when I was alone, I often cried, wallowed, or journaled. I was only licking my wounds — not knowing how to heal them — not even knowing I could or should. And, adding insult to injury, I felt pathetic for feeling all these “lame” emotions and for getting so destroyed over one single human being. So I tried to hide it, escape from it, and cover it as much as possible.

Guess what, you can run, but you can’t hide from your emotional wounds and belief patterns. Yes… more life “elevations” were to come.

The experience did kick off my amazing journey to reclaim the Core of Who I Am, little did I realize it at the time. As the breakup fallout settled, it took me a red-hot minute (or two) to realize that I needed to find a way to be happy, and I couldn’t depend on someone else for that. I also realized my fledgling TV Journalism career at the time was not making me happy either. So, if a relationship or dream career wasn’t my ticket to happily ever after, what was??

This is when I somehow intuitively knew to follow the glimmers of light or insight on my sad, disillusioned path. I made a decision to stop chasing happy and start “following bliss” or these glimmers of light. And so, my semi-conscious core-aligned journey would begin.

I eventually found my way to the “Self-help and Spirituality” aisle in the bookstore – and never look back! It opened a whole wide fascinating world of never-ending exploration for me.

Once I sincerely began the inner-healing & transformation segment of the “Core Awakening Journey,” it didn’t take long before I’d overcome a batch of issues and isms that had blocked me from embracing my passions, purpose and dreams (as well as having a healthy, supportive relationship – not that that’s necessary for happiness, of course. But, if it’s in your Aligned Journey… embrace it).

I went on to leap into a couple more up-leveled awesome adventures, healing and growing along the way… I would eventually land in a next-level dream life in an epic mountain town climbing the corporate ladder in a field I enjoyed, with a supportive relationship, and two soulmate fur kiddos, too.

And now, through another incredible synchronistic series of events, I was able to shift into a next aligned chapter right here with you. I was able to leave the corporate world behind, and have some time and space to do some root-deeep healing, as well as continue to study, build and grow this new career path… and go on to embrace the ascension path like never before.

I also landed a long-term housesitting situation as I segued into a new business, and was able to be near my sister during a long-term health crisis. This was an important part of my core-aligned journey, which I couldn’t have forecasted or planned for, but staying in the alignment supported me through all the unknowns and the expansive new desires and dreams being seeded within, as well.

I believe true success includes having a lifestyle balance that supports and sustains all the transformational aspects we require as multi-faceted beings. It’s not just about external achievements and success… there is so much more to this one precious life adventure. And this is where we tap into and activate the deeper desires, yearnings, the healings, the inner and outer transformations… and all it takes to elevate.

Now, I’m devoted to deepening and living in Core Alignment. It’s about knowing all you truly desire isn’t outside of you. It can only be awakened and experienced within you. It is coming home, and it is an infinite adventure. It continually expands my heart and forever changed my life, and I know it can change yours, too.

Living a Core-Aligned life is where the true desires of your heart and your limitless potential synergistically pour out from you, effortlessly. This is where you access your authentic power and unleash your full-spectrum Core Life of health, abundance, purpose, expression, and enlivenment, with your own true Love at the center of it all.
