Do you, like me, like so many… feel like you are coming out of the depths of a long winter?
A time of going deeeep within, digging to the very core, and showing up for the ground-shifting change, both within society and self.
Collectively, and individually, we are being called to reclaim how love lives in us, and through us, as we seed a better way forward.
This great undoing has only been as ruthless as was our struggle to hold on to what kept us bound and powerless.
The Way forward called for a mass letting go.
Some of us losing all we intentionally created, all we once held dear.
While others questioned what was no longer working, no longer willing to hold up shaky structures, or patch up wounds and walls.
In grieving our losses and changes, the shadow identities appeared, skeletons came out into the light, rattling us to our core… it has been the potent way of the great shifting, healing, and transformation.
We’ve bravely taken our medicine, and felt our way through winter, and for it, we are stronger, surer, bolder, purer.
As we see the signs of light and life emerge…
Renewal awakens our senses, we tune into our rhythms, sanctified dreams and desires stir.
On new ground with shaky legs, we rise again.
We want to leap, jump, dance and run into this next cycle of life…
But first, Spring tells us… we are to live through the awakening, stretching into it. Slowly, surely, learning to embrace our fullness.
No longer afraid of our Truth, we are learning to relish our freedom and own our new sense of power. So much more sure of our Selves, and, so much less attached…
We are learning to appreciate this moment of unfolding, too.
Truly great work is being realized, here. The roots are taking hold. New life is being vitally nourished under the surface, gathering energy… getting set to flourish.
We are learning to not just trust, but embody, our tender, open, whole hearts, once again.
Not as we were, but as we are. As we are called to Be, in this brave, new world.
A Ritual for A New Cycle:
Embrace this as a time to seed new life. Trust what you have been assimilating up until now. Maybe through a season, a chapter, or sometimes, we’re called to evaluate our entire life…
Take time for a Heart-to-Heart Inquiry, with your Essential Self:
- Connect within: Begin by putting your hand on your heart, connecting with breath, and heart, quieting the mind… create an open space within to receive your heart’s insights…
- Inquiry: Ask, what big lessons have I been learning? What is changing? What is enhancing?
What higher inner-quality wants to come forth here? What is seeking full expression? What is the essence of this seed idea or desire?
- Plant the seed of your heart’s desire – Put it in the form of a higher-quality wanting full expression within you. Let a primary higher intention be born of this quality:
- I AM the living expression of: [insert Pure Positive Love Quality – ex/ joy, compassion, light, nobility, security, esteem, respect, service, boldness, serenity, faith, well-being, bliss…]

Every day ask: What is my heart’s urging today?
Feel the difference of the enlivening, empowering quality of an inner-urging versus the lack of a yearning.
Be patient as you tend to your new roots. Give this time much love, care and gentleness, much as you would a seedling or small child.
Stay tuned to changes in desires or direction. Allow for fun, space, spontaneity and creative impulses.
Trust, when you are creating from your Core Heart, you are on the highest ordered path for you.
